Making the decision to seek out therapy isn’t a sign of weakness. It takes a great deal of emotional strength to seek help for problems that may be too overwhelming to manage alone. We don’t hesitate to call the doctor if we break a leg or call the mechanic when the car breaks down. Why hesitate to reach out for support when our mental health is in question?  Nobody can get through this life without help and seeking help when it requires you to be vulnerable is a very tough yet courageous thing to do.

Therapy is a process. We will work to meet you where you are and gently nudge you out of your comfort zone, in order for you to reach your goals. We will help you see all the options, allowing you to make choices that align with your values. 

Therapy is what you make it and you can expect to get out of it what you are willing to put in. A little time, effort, honesty, and vulnerability will make a world of difference in your life….it won’t be easy but it will be worth it.
